Pre Diagnosis Offer
Thanks to the continued support of our valued partners, we’re delighted to offer our pre-diagnosis service for children and young people.
This means that families can now access earlier support while waiting for an autism assessment.
We understand that this period can feel uncertain and overwhelming, so our aim is to provide clear guidance, reassurance, and practical help every step of the way.

Our pre-diagnosis offer includes full access to our groups and activities, giving children, young people, and families opportunities to connect, build confidence, and feel supported within a welcoming community. Families can also book 1:1 advice appointments with our Autism Specialist and attend parent workshops, all designed to offer tailored guidance and support with day-to-day challenges.
Families also have the opportunity to meet with a CAMHS assistant psychologist for extra support, guidance, and reassurance. These sessions provide a space to share updates about how things are going at home and at school, ask questions about the assessment process, and receive helpful information and psychoeducation. Families will also be supported with signposting to relevant services, resources, and partner organisations.
Our goal is to ensure that no family feels alone while waiting for a diagnosis. By offering early support, we hope to empower families with knowledge, build confidence, and provide meaningful strategies that can make a positive difference right now, not just after diagnosis.
In our latest video, hear from families and young people about the life-changing support they’ve received, the friendships they’ve built, and how our dedicated team has been a constant source of reassurance through their journey.
With pre-diagnostic support now available, we’re here to help even more children, young people, and their families—offering safe spaces, peer connections, and a person-centered approach every step of the way.
