Are a charity that offers information and advice to young people to support their Mental Health and wellbeing.
BeeU
BeeU offer advice and support around emotional wellbeing and mental health for children and young people (0-25)

Kooth
Kooth offers young people the opportunity to have a text-based conversation with a qualified counsellor. Counsellors are available from 12noon to 10pm on weekdays and 6pm to 10 pm at weekends, every day of the year on a drop-in basis. Young people can access regular booked online counselling sessions as needed.
Mind
Telford Mind works to promote recovery, aiming to provide high quality services for people who are experiencing mental health issues or emotional distress.

No Panic
No Panic is a charity helping/supporting people who live with panic attacks, phobia's, OCD & other anxiety related disorders.
Their Youth Mentoring scheme is carried out over the phone or by email over a 6 week period. It teaches you learning/coping skills, exposure to your fears.

Making sense of your autism diagnosis
Getting an autism diagnosis as a young adult can be a moment of huge significance. On one hand it can feel like finally getting answers to questions about yourself, or feelings of difference from others. But an autism diagnosis can also raise many more questions that need answering. Know Your Normal Toolkit
The Know Your Normal toolkit enables you to describe what your normal looks like. Things such as how much sleep you get, how much time you spend on your interests and hobbies and how this makes you feel. So if any of these change, it’s easier to explain to people who may not understand your autism that something feels different.
